1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "EGX AI Analyzer" platform (the Platform) through the Telegram app, the website or any of its associated services, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides the following services:

• Automated technical analysis of Egyptian Exchange (EGX) stocks using artificial intelligence
• Trading signals and recommendations based on data-analysis algorithms
• Investment portfolio management tools and performance tracking
• Real-time alerts for stock movements and market opportunities
• Financial and analytical reports for companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange
• An AI assistant to answer market-related questions

3. Eligibility

• The user must be at least 18 years old
• Use must be for lawful purposes only
• The Platform is intended for individual and professional investors in Egypt and the Arab countries
• Using the Platform in any way that harms the interests of other users or violates Egyptian law is prohibited

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Platform is available through paid subscription plans (monthly / quarterly / annual) and a free trial period
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the cases set out in the Refund Policy
• The Platform reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice to users
• Auto-renewal: where applicable, it can be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours before the renewal date

5. Prohibited Conduct

The user is prohibited from:

• Reselling or distributing any content, signals or analyses without prior written permission
• Using automated tools or bots to access the Platform's services without permission
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the Platform's systems
• Sharing subscription credentials with third parties
• Using the Platform for defamation or to spread misleading information about the market

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform bears no responsibility for:

• Financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on the Platform's analyses
• Service interruptions or temporary technical errors
• Inaccuracy of market data sourced from external providers
• Any indirect or consequential losses

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be settled before the competent Egyptian courts.
