1. Full Refund Guarantee (7 days)
Every new subscriber is entitled to request a full refund of the subscription amount if:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the first payment date
- The refund feature has not previously been used with the same details
- The account is being used for the first time (not a re-subscription)
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the payment date
- Renewed subscriptions (after the first period)
- The free trial plan
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Fees for already-used features tied to a third party (such as broker fees)
3. Refund Request Procedure

- State in your message: your Telegram account ID, the payment date and the reason (optional)
- We will verify and confirm the request within 24 business hours
- The amount is refunded via the same payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Refund Alternatives
In cases outside the scope of the refund policy, we may offer:
- A free 50% subscription extension
- Transferring the subscription value to credit for a different plan
- A dedicated technical-support session to resolve the issue
