You can request deletion of your account and all associated data — including any data obtained when you sign in with Google or Facebook — at any time. We complete deletion within 30 days.
How to delete your data
Choose either method — both delete the same account and data:
- Via Telegram (fastest): message our support bot @elborsa_bot with the word "DELETE" (or "حذف"). We verify it's your account and delete it.
- Via email: send a deletion request from your registered email (or including your Telegram ID) to support@egxbot.com with the subject "Delete my data".
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (Telegram ID, name, and any linked Google/Facebook identifier or email)
- Your portfolio, watchlists, alerts and usage history
- Your subscription record (except data we must retain for legal/accounting requirements)

Timeframe
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
